Show HN: Claude Tandem – multi accounts, profiles, projects

I pretty much need Claude everywhere on every Mac and iPhone I have because I'm always on the go. I guess that made me found out the hard way of Claude sessions being tied to local computers but needing to move those workloads back and forth - not very straightforward but thank God for cloud drives. To make matters worth - having multiple Claude accounts with multiple instances being run at the same time.
