Gamification is fun!

Gamification works, and it’s fun! We had a relative who became interested in fitness tracking soon after she bought herself a treadmill. I shopped around and suggested this “Samsung Galaxy Fit 3” for her as a start. As it turns out, she has become as diligent as my wife at closing her fitness rings! (And, Debbie has closed her Apple Watch fitness rings 1764 days in a row!) I think the gamification of fitness habits is a good thing!, but it doesn’t stop there. Gamification of projects like my current facia board replacement project (documented here on my blog) is a motivator too! It’s fun track
