想请教一下有实际开发经验的程序员、AI Agent 开发者，以及参加过相关培训的朋友。 我的情况： * 目前完全没有编程基础，只使用过 ChatGPT 等 AI 聊天工具。 * 有 MacBook Pro ，可以每天投入 2–3 小时学习。 * 对 AI Agent 、RAG 、MCP 、LangGraph 、工作流自动化比较感兴趣。 * 最终目标不是单纯拿证书，而是搭建自己的个人 AI 系统（ AIOS ），实现知识库、自动化办公和 AI 创作。 * 可以考虑在武汉、南京或北京参加线下培训。 目前考虑过的机构： 武汉黑马、粤嵌、博为峰，以及南京万和、北京尚硅谷等。 部分课程学费约 2 万多元，加上异地食宿，可能需要投入 3 万至 4 万元。 我主要有几个疑问： 1. 完全零基础的人，适合直接参加 3 个月左右的大模型应用开发培训班吗？ 2. 是应该先自学 Python 、Git 和 API ，再学习 Agent ，还是直接跟着培训机构系统学习？ 3. 现在的大模型应用开发培训班，实际教学深度如何？会不会只是带着学生跑通 Demo ？ 4. 如果目标是独立搭建 AIOS ，而不是马上找工作，哪些技术应该优先学习？ 5. 有没有真正参加过上述机构课程的朋友，愿意分享师资、项目质量、费用和实际学习效果？ 欢迎有真实开发经验或学习经历的朋友给建议。如果推荐培训机构，也希望能说明具体课程、
