Request for Recommendation: A kids cookbook with meals adults will enjoy

Source: Tildes ·

Quickly posting from mobile, hopefully my intent is clear and post is mostly typo free. I'm looking for a recommendation for a cookbook for kids (target age around 10) of meals they can prepare (with the help/supervision of an adult), and the meals are things adults would also eat for dinner. The only one we already have isn't meant for meals. Thanks in advance! And since city noise isn't the most enjoyable, I've compensated by adding more noise to cover it up. It may have been songs, videos, podcasts and even white noise, I always had something playing in my ears. But r

The busy man's workout routine

I wrote my old workout routine when I was in highschool. Back then, I had a lot of free time and could afford spending two hours a day working out. Now that I’m older, I’m neither as motivated nor have as much free time, and I’ve been struggling with being consistent. This new workout routine aims to help those who may be in a similar situation to mine. It contains only the bare minimum number of exercises to make your body both look and feel strong and balanced.
