AI #193: Progress May Dramatically Accelerate

Anthropic is warning us. Its modified S-1 now says that ‘we may imminently meet our Responsible Scaling Policy’s definition of ‘dramatically accelerated progress attributable to AI.’ That is a highly scary sentence to have a company put in its S-1.
