My last Now update was some time ago. Life well and truly got in the way and as Dickens said, "It was the best of times, it was the worst of times." Looking back at Now, 26 July 2026 , the signs of what was to come were already there. My wife, who has struggled with dislocating kneecaps for 40 years had her left knee totally replaced two days later. It was planned, and I was already feeling the impact beforehand.
